Advanced Energy's state-of-the-art laboratory and training center afford us the opportunity to provide consultation unmatched by other consultants. Our ability to test the performance and viability of emerging technologies is what turns great ideas into workable solutions. We work with customers who are looking for the leading edge in today's changing industry. Services include:

In our laboratory for industrial processes and technologies, industries and utilities gain access to the latest industrial process technologies, including motors and drives testing.

Advanced Energy's motor test laboratory was the first in the nation to be accredited by the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program [NVLAP] under the National Institute of Standards [NIST] for motor efficiency testing. In addition, the lab was the first independent laboratory to be evaluated and accepted under UL's Energy Verification Services Laboratory Program to provide independent motor testing.

Having this accredited lab allows Advanced Energy to provide the motor efficiency testing required of manufacturers by the Energy Policy and Conservation Act of 1992 [EPAct], as well as to provide additional assistance with attaining EPAct certification and/or NVLAP accreditation to motor manufacturers worldwide.
